The NSTP students and faculty, Community Extension Office personnel, and the Association of Riverside College Staff (ARCS) will have a Gawad Kalinga Build at Kasanag Village, Abada Escay, Barangay Vista Alegre (an adopted community) on March 1, 2009 @ 2:00 to 5:00 pm and on March 8 at 8:00 to 12:00 pm.  Those who wish to join please have your name listed at the Community Extension Office.

The Community Extension Office facilitated a one (1) day "Meat Processing Training" to the benefeciaries from Angela Hills, Barangay Vista Alegre, an adopted community.  Ms. Mella D. Omarrementeria and Ms. Gloria P. Arcenal from the City Cooperative and Livelihood Office were the resource persons during the training.  There were 29 participants who successfully finished the training.

Congratulations to Ms. Glenda Mae Macapal Omaña for placing 9th in the Nursing Licensure Examination held last November 29 and 30, 2008.  Ms. Omaña garnered a rating of 86.60%.
