This program intends to help the parents and families acquire and develop the skills needed to foster qualities of responsibility, cooperation, courage and self-esteem. Training, seminars and activities are undertaken to provide quality information on how to strengthen family relationships through improved parenting skill, financial management, effective communication, stress management and problem solving skills. - Skills and Livelihood Development
Interested members in the community are given special training to acquire new skills and enhance existing abilities that they could use to engage in income generating projects; also assists the community in tapping other agencies for livelihood assistance.
