Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
Program Description
This is a four-year course leading to the Degree Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology designed to produce competent Medical Technologists who could render quality services required as a health care profession. It is also a preparatory course for students who would like to proceed to Medicine.
Program Objectives
By the end of the four-year course, the students are expected to:
- acquire the adequate knowledge and skills to perform specific laboratory investigation to the diagnosis and treatment required in the health care delivery system both locally and globally;
- possess the attitude of productivity and flexibility in the field of research; and
- develop a well-rounded personality with a sense of responsibility both for his profession and his fellowmen.
