The College Mission
Riverside College, anchored on its motto "Lux et Caritas", is committed to develop, educate and mold students to become Christocentric healthcare professionals who will be highly valued for their distinctive competence, compassion, integrity and ethics in the global workplace.
Specially, the College aims to:
- Nurture a team of dedicated, compassionate and well-trained faculty members, clinical instructors and non-teaching staff who adhere to the highest standards of educational competence and moral principles, and who take pride in being a part of the Riverside College family;
- Consistently develop and improve, together with Pablo O. Torre Memorial Hospital, our combined instructional methods, students support services, physical facilities and equipment to be able to provide an excellent learning environment for our community of learners;
- Commit ourselves to deliver exceptional healthcare education that is responsive to the healthcare needs of the community and the employment needs of our students at competitive costs consistent with our responsibilities to the various stakeholders of the school.
