The third and fourth years focus on professional courses considered essential to the practice of Physical Therapy. This will include human anatomy and physiology, medical and surgical conditions, physical therapy assessment, therapeutic exercises and modalities, etc. Clinical Internship Program will come in the fifth and final year. This is a supervised clinical experience in different affiliate hospitals and centers.

Why take the course?

If you are interested in having a very fulfilling career, have one of the best jobs around the world or become one of the highest paid healthcare providers in the United States of America, then BSPT is the course for you!

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy is a very promising course offered to any high school graduate or even those who have bachelor’s degree.

Conquering the challenging course requirements of BSPT will equip you with the skills needed as you become a professional physical therapist. Practicing in this profession, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients according to different health care needs especially those who have certain disabilities. As a therapist, you are able to aid and witness the step-by-step progress of your client’s treatment leading to the recovery of their independent functions and maximum mobility. With this course, you have the chance to make a difference in the lives of your clients.

Also, surveys show that BSPTs have a strong job security worldwide with lots of job openings and very high satisfaction ratings among those who are currently working in the field. From a variety of job opportunities in hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health care agencies, sports and physical fitness facilities, nursing homes and private practice, the possibilities of acquiring a job is endless! Today, there are various other areas of specialization for physical therapists such as in pediatric, cardiac or vestibular units, sports, aquatics, training and rehabilitation and a lot more. You can also build your own private facility clinics offering physical therapy services. Or better yet, if you are someone who is into traveling and is very much interested in seeing beautiful places but still wants to earn, you can become a traveling Physical Therapist.

Talking about job salaries, you’d probably be interested in the highest paying job that you can get. Here in the Philippines, the salary of a Physical Therapist is more than twice as much as that of the monthly pay for an average hospital worker who earns 10,000 – 12,000Php. Having private clients under home health service with just an average of 3-4 clients/day with a rate of 500 – 1000Php/client depending on location, treatment duration and modalities used, a PT can earn as 25, 000 Php/month or more!

On the other hand, acquiring a degree in Physical Therapy can pave the way to greener pastures offering a starting rate of 30$/hour plus a wide range of good benefits when you get hired in the USA. If you, then, compute your possible annual income, you wouldn’t be surprised if you have around 58, 000 – 86,000 USD per year. Convert your earnings into pesos, and voila! That’s how much you’ll earn as a PT in the US.

Get hired, Earn more, become a Physical Therapist now! Does it sound convincing? Be a Physical Therapist now.
