| Course Description |
The caregiving program of our College is specifically developed to equip the learners with relevant employable skills in care giving such as providing care and support to infants/toddlers and children, fostering social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, providing care and support to elderly and to people with special needs, maintaining healthy and safe environment for these people and responding to emergency situations. It thus intends to improve quality of services in performing care giving tasks in a private household or in an institution, local and overseas. |

Why take the course? |
Caregiving is a reality confronting many people in our communities today, here and abroad. There is an increasing demand for formal provisions of support across the continuum of care as the number of people with special needs increases thus the challenges for the course often becomes new experiences for some students.
